It’s party time! Come celebrate the 100th birthday of Palm Harbor at the July 15th luncheon. Nancy McKibben, Assistant to the County Administrator and docents from the Palm Harbor Museum will provide a history of Palm Harbor and demonstrate some artifacts from 100 years ago. Come join us!

Tracey Enerson Wood, internationally acclaimed and USA Today best-selling author, takes her audience back to the time of the Wright brothers’ invention and the sister you haven’t met.

Her fourth book, Katharine, the Wright Sister is an immersive book which delves into the incredible risks and sacrifices of a family devoted to each other and their dream.

Voluntary donations to The Haven, a local women’s shelter, will be collected at the March luncheon. Gift cards for Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens and Publix or to Dollar General in lesser amounts ($5) are also needed and appreciated.

Bees, wonderful bees! Join us for our June luncheon program to learn more about the most important species on earth. Kelsey Spaulding from the St Petersburg company “How’s Your Day, Honey” will be sharing all about Bees 101. It will surely ‘bee’ an interesting and fun afternoon. Bring a friend and see you there!

Oh my, oh my Bromeliads! Join us for our May luncheon for a presentation on all things bromeliads with Dave Johnston from Bromeliads Galore in St. Pete. Along with learning more about this exotic plant, members have the opportunity to purchase fresh, healthy plants.
