Looking for a feel good, fun excursion? Join PHNC members on Sunday, December 17th for “Elf The Musical”. Based on the popular film, the Broadway play “Elf, The Musical” tells the story of Buddy the elf and his quest to reunite with the human father he never knew existed. Laugh a lot as Buddy and his friends, through song, dance and relentless good cheer, rekindle the spirit of Christmas for the entire city.

Dynamo, Fran Capo, comedienne, author, radio show host and six -time world record holder, most known as the Guinness Book of World Records, “Fastest Talking Woman”, tells us how a world record mindset can help us accomplish anything you want in life!

PHNC Goes “Back to School”
Did you know that one in five homeless people in Tampa Bay is a child? That is more than 1,000 young people. And PHNC members can make a difference! At the July 18th meeting PHNC members are asked to bring Back to School Supplies that will be donated to HEP (Homeless Empowerment Program).
Prior to the pandemic PHNC provided HEP with school supplies and support, and now that things are back to normal we are going “Back To School” and asking you to once again step up and help a student achieve!

“ Take a chance, give it a try. Put on your dancing shoes and hit the dance floor for some fun and exercise.” as PHNC welcomes Brenda De Sousa to the floor in July. Don’t know the steps? No problem with Brenda’s expertise she will have us all line dancing like the pros by the end of the day.
Palm Harbor Newcomer’s Club’s annual membership initiative, Sizzlin’ Summer Membership Campaign” is back! During the months of June, July , August, and September, new members will pay a reduced membership fee of $15 for the remainder of 2023, a savings of $15.
Also, during the campaign, when a current member brings a guest to a luncheon she will be entered into a drawing for a free lunch. Members receive one entry for each guest they bring with the drawing for the free lunch taking place at the club’s September luncheon.
Madames, come travel to Gay Paree with PHNC at the February 21 Moulin Rouge luncheon! Le fabuleux spectacle will feature the Club’s interpretation of the famous French night club. Enjoy cabaret acts featuring some familiar faces showing uncommon talent. Music! Dance! More! Be sure to sign up toot sweet! Last day to register is February 2nd.
Help families and sick children feel at home, even when they can’t be by donating to RMHC. At the February Luncheon, PHNC will be collecting Easter Baskets and items for the children and families that are residing at Ronald McDonald House.
In addition to baskets and Easter toys, the following items are always needed: gift cards to Amazon, Publix Restaurants, Walmart, and Target along with $5-$10 gift cards to give to the families in each of the 34 rooms. Spa items for the moms are always a welcomed item. They are pleased to receive any donation as they depleted much of their stock in December.
