This form is ONLY for those members who want to ‘rejoin’ PHNC within a period of 3 lapsed years. NOTE: All members who were active in 2026 would NOT use this form but use the Renew option on the Members/My Account page.
Example 1: Individual was a member in 2025 but not 2026 and now wants to rejoin for 2027. This member would use this form.
Example 2: Individual was a member in 2026 and wants to renew for 2027. This is NOT the form to use. Member would use the ‘Renew Membership’ (see Renew Membership steps).
Example 3: Individual has NEVER been a member. This is NOT the form to use. Individual would use the New Member Registration under JOIN.
Example 4: Individual was a member back in 2020 and now wants to rejoin in 2027. This is NOT the form to use. Member has more than 3 years lapsed membership. Member would use the New Member Registration under JOIN. If an individual has not been a member for more than 3 years, the individual is considered a New Member.
