We want to thank you for being a member! PHNC’s February luncheon is dedicated to celebrating YOU, our members. Your participation and friendship makes this club fun, engaging, supportive and all around a ‘sisterhood’!

Along with some special surprises, PHNC welcomes the St. Pete Jazz Quartet to entertain us. Be sure to wear RED !

Ahoy Mateys! Grab your cutlass and join PHNC for A Pirate’s Life in the Golden Age of Piracy

Tales of Florida pirates abound from Key West to Pensacola and from Miami to Jacksonville. But how much of it is true? Exaggerations of true pirate histories have been told and retold for centuries, giving rise to imaginary pirate heroes, and spawning sensational legends and myths.

Experience 300 fine artists showcasing a vast array of incredible talent. Join PHNC Members as we explore the 49th annual Mount Dora Arts Festival held on the streets of historic downtown Mount Dora, Florida. There will be entertainment, beer, wine, cocktails, music and festival food to round out this amazing trip.

Domestic violence and child abuse do not take a break during this time of year. Please help by supporting Hero To a Child (formerly Guardia ad Litem) care for children placed in foster care.

At the December 19th luncheon, PHNC will be collecting for Hero To a Child (Guardian ad Litem Foundation) which provides toys, food, and necessities to children who have been removed from their homes. Your donation via gift card or check made out to Hero To a Child will be greatly appreciated.

Some useful gift cards: Walmart, Target, Amazon, Visa, Bath & Body Works and Forever 21 (for our teens). Looking for a volunteer opportunity? Consider being a volunteer Guardian ad Litem. Learn more at GALF.

Join us for a “holly” jolly time at the December 19 luncheon! Steve Walker will be serenading our members with some favorite holiday songs you are sure to enjoy. Don’t miss out on the fun surprises throughout the afternoon.

See you there!

PHNC will be collecting for FEAST, a local food pantry, at the November 21st luncheon. FEAST provides food and personal care supplies to families in need in the North Pinellas County area. At this time, FEAST is most in need of the following shelf-stable items.

Peanut butter & jelly
Canned soup
Cereal
Dry pasta & sauce
Canned Veggies

Canned fruit
Toilet paper
Paper towels
Toothpaste & soap
Deodorant

Gift cards from Aldi, Publix, and Walmart are also greatly needed.

Looking for a feel good, fun excursion? Join PHNC members on Sunday, December 17th for “Elf The Musical”. Based on the popular film, the Broadway play “Elf, The Musical” tells the story of Buddy the elf and his quest to reunite with the human father he never knew existed. Laugh a lot as Buddy and his friends, through song, dance and relentless good cheer, rekindle the spirit of Christmas for the entire city.

PHNC’s November program is one you won’t want to miss. Dynamo, Fran Capo, comedienne, author, radio show host and six -time world record holder, most known as the Guinness Book of World Records, “Fastest Talking Woman”, tells us how a world record mindset can help us accomplish anything you want in life!

Our October program promises to be an hour of laughter and fun as we enjoy our very own PHNC Players perform for us. It will surely tickle your funny bone as this comedy is full of knee slapping punchlines and a sleuthing ‘play on words’. See you at the theatre!
