Our October program promises to be an hour of laughter and fun as we enjoy our very own PHNC Players perform for us. It will surely tickle your funny bone as this comedy is full of knee slapping punchlines and a sleuthing ‘play on words’. See you at the theatre!
“Unbelievably touching”….are words that describe the music of Cal Morris, violinist and musician. Be stirred by Cal’s music which comes from a deep love of symphony orchestra mixed with modern millennial and current music. You’re not going to want to miss this September’s luncheon!
You won’t be able to sit still while local soloist Steve Walker entertains members at the May 16 Luncheon. Steve will perform a variety of Classics, Oldies, Country, and Motown and more. Maybe see if you can name that tune!
PHNC proudly presents Nan Colton portraying Harriet Beecher Stowe, famous abolitionist and author at PHNC luncheon on June 20
Listen to the tales of her life and her particular impact on the Civil War. Stowe’s passion for writing allowed her to publicly express her thoughts and beliefs in a time when a woman could not speak publicly, much less vote or hold public office! Her bravery as she picked up her pen inspires us to believe in our own ability to effect positive change.
